Deployment rates are shown below.  The rate includes the initial contact to set up the meetings and a small amount of preparation work.  Consideration must be given to the amount of time that system leaders may need for planning and preparation of resources, therefore we reserve the right to charge for extensive preparation or post-meeting work completed at the standard rate.
It is also important to note that all fees are subject to a 15% administration fee: this covers administration, monitoring evaluation and reporting to NCTL.
